My journey with the RCMP began in 1992 and continues today. 

I am a mother of a 21 year old daughter who shared my passion of adventure and travel. 

I grew up in Alberta but have lived in Nova Scotia since 1993.  My job is my passion but also the cause of my mental struggles. 

I work hard at staying fit and this passion to stay fit has provided a safe space to work in my mental health as well.
