Nova Scotia Education Day was held on Monday, May 6th, 2024, at our new venue Scotiabank Theatre, Halifax (formerly Cineplex). The venue offered lots of complimentary parking to guests and attendees, comfortable seating and, more space to network.

Tema hosted over 575 attendees in two theatres, 13 speakers whom spoke twice throughout the day, 18 exhibitors, 30 very generous sponsors/supporters/donors.

There was coffee and refreshments available throughout the day, plus pastries in the morning, a boxed lunch with a wrap, salad and cookies and movie popcorn in the afternoon. Each attendee received a swag bag with helpful information, a bottle of water and a few gadgets from sponsors. We had approximately 57 paramedic students sponsored to attend the event.

Over 30 volunteers were onsite to help throughout the day with set-up, registration, raffle sales, clean-up and more. There were over a dozen volunteers from the military and paramedic students.
